Dammit people :/ You could have told me that upgrading firmware can brick my mobile! I have no idea what to do now, it turns on, blinks and turns off immediately. I have tried disconnecting the battery, flashing again as described in my VIEWSONIC VS10057 Service manual, restoring factory settings. Phone seems pretty messed up now. For those unfamiliar with my case let me describe you what steps I have made so far. It all started when I tried to change software using service packages (recipe from my WEGA 3121 Service manual, so: disconnecting battery, reconnecting,running Phoenix (from PhoenixSlayer), selecting NO CONNECTION, then flashing prommer, selecting firmware. In the middle of service procedure – bam – cellphone restarts and turns off immediately. I then tried to proceed with flashing as described in service manual – I turned off the phone again, removed battery, and flashed in N/C mode this time with Refubrish rather than Restore User Product… it seemed as it was kind of working – the phone started up nicely… but it took about a minute before it turned off again in the same way.
